Summix is bringing forward a new development for Solihull, which will deliver new housing and a range of benefits for Tidbury Green and the wider community.

Land South of Norton Lane offers an opportunity to deliver much-needed new homes in close proximity to existing train stations with new on-site amenities open to the wider community.

These proposals will deliver up to 850 new homes, including 50% affordable housing for first-time buyers, families and those looking to downsize, whilst investing in key local infrastructure, such as schools, and creating new public open green spaces for both new and existing residents to enjoy.
